Key Differences Between PVC and Aluminum Windows
One of the biggest differences between aluminum and plastic windows is size. Aluminum frames are more compact, which improves how much light the window lets through. Another difference worth noting: how the components are joined. PVC frames are assembled using thermal welding - the joint areas are heated to a very high temperature, then fused together.
