Designing offices and clinics
Commercial projects carry more rules than a house: patient flows, sanitary zones, fire safety, accessibility and the impression a client gets at the door. Copper Hall is a 660 m² office building with KME copper cladding, panoramic Passive House glazing, a transformable event hall, living plant walls and a fitness zone with a yoga studio and a massage room. For a trichology clinic in Kharkiv we designed a 150 m² interior with diagnostics, therapy, surgery and inpatient rooms, and a new facade in marble-look quartz stone with SCHUCO windows and an entrance enlarged by 10 m². The Trichology Institute (120 m²) received its architecture, exterior, interior and custom furniture from us as one project.
Offices and clinics follow the same order as our houses: brief, planning, concept, visualization and working documentation. For clients in Seattle and on the Eastside our architects develop the documentation to local codes; drawings that require a local license are signed by licensed professionals we work with.
