House of the village. Yuzhny
Our new project is located very close to the Yuzhny village in the Kharkiv region. The interior and exterior of the house are filled with lightness, minimalism, simplicity and conciseness of forms.
This house was created for a small family of three - two adults and a teenager. The main task was to create a feeling of transparency, lightness, cleanliness and airiness of the interior among the residents of the house, and accordingly, panoramic windows from Reynaers company became the most important elements for the implementation of this task. Heat losses are compensated by a massive glass unit, as well as trench convectors and warm water floors. The water floor is a real fairy tale in sensation. By installing a water floor in your home, returning to an apartment with an electric floor will make a huge difference.
The space of the living room and kitchen softly flow into each other, and what can I say, the whole house, all the space in it flows from one zone to another softly and harmoniously.
Many interior elements were made by Ukrainian manufacturers of cabinet and upholstered furniture, due to which they received an acceptable budget for the fastest possible implementation and the shortest possible time for the entry of Customers.
The outer part of the house is made of clinker bricks, porcelain stoneware and thermowood, the roof is membrane, flat.
The main architect of the house is Roman Lepeshko, the visualizer and ideological inspirer is Elizaveta Schastlivtseva.
