The cottages in this community exhibit diverse architectural volumes while sharing a compositional and spatial structure. Ranging from compact one-bedroom houses to spacious three-bedroom cottages, all are designed for harmonious living in sync with the surrounding environment. The settlement's structures include not only residential houses but also an administrative building, a restaurant complex with a conference hall, and a large sports complex with a pool and spa. Constructed using local natural materials such as wood and stone, the buildings embody minimalism through their simplicity and functionality. Additionally, the patinated metal used for facades and roofs becomes even more picturesque and beautiful over time, evoking the aesthetics of rooftops and domes in ancient cities like Lviv, Krakow, and Stockholm.
