What is the difference between a Sketch Project and a Working Project?
A Sketch Project includes the concept, layout solution, and 3D visualizations — it shows what your building will look like. A Working Project is a full technical documentation package required for construction: all drawings, plans, sections, and material specifications.
How long does an architectural project take?
A Sketch Project typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the object. A Working Project takes 8-16 weeks. Timelines are agreed individually at the start of the project.
Do you work with both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. Our portfolio includes private residences, apartment buildings, office spaces, medical clinics, and historic entrance groups. We approach each typology with the same attention to detail and functional precision.
What software do you use for architectural design?
