The manufacturer was founded in 1912 by the German electrician Altrecht Jung, who invented and, most importantly, patented a cord switch. A few months later, a talented mechanic was already able to open a small factory in Schalksmühl. Interestingly, in 1960, Jung patented a push button switch, which became the prototype of modern outlets, becoming a classic and ahead of its time. The manufacturer is characterized by high quality workmanship, reliability, as well as style and sophistication. Not a little, right? For us, as deZZign architects, such combinations are very rare.
