Can you render from my existing drawings?
Yes. Send us your architectural drawings — floor plans, elevations, sections — along with material specifications and any reference images. We produce the renderings from your documentation without requiring us to have designed the project.
Can you show my building in its actual neighbourhood context?
Yes. We produce context renderings using aerial imagery and street-level photography of the actual site. Your building is composited into its real environment — showing how it will look from the street, from neighbouring properties, or from above.
How long do exterior renderings take?
A single exterior rendering typically takes 5-10 business days. Rush delivery is available. Complex context renderings with multiple views may take 2-3 weeks. We provide a timeline at the start of each project.
Can I see different material or colour options?
Yes. We can produce colour and material alternatives as separate renders — useful for comparing facade cladding options, window frame colours, or roofing materials before committing to a specification.
Are exterior renderings accepted for permit applications?
In most jurisdictions, 3D renderings are accepted as supplementary materials for design review and permit applications. We can produce renderings at the scale and format required by Seattle DCI or King County permit offices.
How much do exterior renderings cost?
