At DeZZign, we believe a project does not end with the final drawing. The most critical phase is execution — and that is where most design intent gets lost. Our Project Support services exist to protect your investment and ensure every detail of the approved design reaches reality.
Author Supervision — from $10/m²
Includes:
- Site visits up to 2 times per week to monitor construction progress
- Contractor selection assistance and vetting
- Consultation on all execution questions
- Meetings with the client and contractors up to 3 times per week
- Working drawing adjustments when required

Construction and Renovation
We do not build with our own hands — we think about the result. But we are deeply invested in ensuring that what was designed gets built in full. Our technical specialists supervise the construction process on your behalf: coordinating with contractors, resolving issues as they arise, controlling quality at every stage, and representing your interests throughout.
If you have dealt with construction teams before, you already know how exhausting it can be. We handle that for you.
Turnkey Implementation
You know the value of your time. You do not want to spend months managing a construction site. Turnkey implementation means minimal client involvement — we handle everything from author supervision and procurement to contractor management and final handover.
This service is ideal if you need to travel, have a demanding schedule, or simply want to return to a completed project. We keep you informed at key decision points and handle all the day-to-day coordination ourselves. The result: your project, exactly as you imagined it, ready to move into.

Project support services are available for clients in Seattle, Washington State, and internationally. For US-based projects, we work with locally licensed contractors and coordinate procurement through regional suppliers and our international network.

Do I need author supervision if I already have a contractor?
Yes — and especially so. Contractors, even qualified ones, make decisions during construction that can deviate from the approved design. Author supervision ensures every deviation is caught early, discussed, and resolved correctly. Without it, you risk ending up with a result that looks nothing like what you approved.
What is the difference between author supervision and project management?
Author supervision focuses on design compliance — our architect visits the site to ensure what is being built matches the approved drawings. Project management is broader: it covers contractor coordination, scheduling, procurement, and budget control. We offer both, separately or combined.
How often does your team visit the site during construction?
During author supervision, we visit up to 2 times per week. For full project management or turnkey implementation, the frequency increases based on the construction phase. Critical stages — foundation, structural work, MEP rough-in — receive more intensive oversight.
Can you help with procurement if I am outside Ukraine?
Yes. We manage procurement for international clients regularly. We coordinate with suppliers on your behalf, handle delivery logistics, and ensure materials arrive according to the construction schedule. Partner discounts of 10–40% typically offset our procurement fee entirely.
What does turnkey implementation include?
Turnkey includes author supervision, full procurement management, contractor coordination, quality control, and final handover. Your involvement is minimal — we consult you at key decision points and for material selections if you wish to be involved. You receive a finished, move-in ready project.
Can you take over supervision of a project that is already under construction?
Yes. We can join a project at any stage. We begin with a site audit to assess what has been built, identify any deviations from the design, and establish a supervision plan going forward. The earlier we join, the more we can protect the integrity of the design.
